with 1 cup milk ***

1 slice bread with  jam with 1 cup milk**

1½ bowl suji \ragi porridge made with milk and sugar**

1\2 bowl vegetable upma with 1 cup milk***

1½ bowl  Daliya porridge made with milk **

1 small vegetable parantha and 1 cup milk***

1½ bowl  Suji\ragi porridge made with  milk and sugar**

MID-MORNING

1 bowl mix fruit custard***

1 small besan suji cheela***

4-5 thin slices of fruits (banana\apple\papaya)*

1 small besan suji cheela***

4-5 thin slices of fruits (banana\apple\papaya)*

Half soft boiled egg\2-3 pieces of paneer*

4-5 thin slices of fruits (banana\apple\papaya)*

LUNCH

1 small thin chapati   with 1\2 bowl vegetable
e.g. (ghiya)***

1 small Soft Spinach parantha with 1\2 bowl  curd ***

1½bowl vegetable namkeen daliya(dal-broken wheat, vegetable like carrot, peas) with 1\2 bowl curd***

1 small and thin chapati  with  1\2 bowl palak paneer***

1½ bowl vegetable khichdi (e.g. Dal-rice -carrot , peas, onion) with 1\2 bowl curd***

1 small thin chapati  with  1\2 bowl vegetable
e.g. tori and 1\2 bowl sweet curd***

1½ bowl vegetable khichdi (e.g. Dal-rice -carrot , peas, onion) ***

POST LUNCH

2 biscuits with 1 cup milk**

1 bowl rice kheer**

1 small Panjiri laddo and 1 cup milk**

1 bread slice with jam and 1 cup milk**

1 small suji laddo and 1 cup milk**

EVENING

3\4 bowl vegetable soup with 1 tsp butter*

4-5 thin slices of fruits (banana\apple\mango)*

1\2 bowl vegetable poha***

3\4 bowl vegetable soup with 1 tsp butter*

1\2 bowl vegetable upma***

1\2 bowl Vegetable macroni***

1\2
bowl vegetable vermicelli***

DINNER

1½ bowl Namkeen daliya(dal-broken wheat) ***

1½ bowl Vegetable khichdi (rice-dal-vegetables like ghiya, onion , carrot, beans)***

1 small thin chapati with 1\2 bowl dal ***

1 small soft parantha with 1\2 bowl dal***

1 small thin chapati with 1\2 bowl dal ***

1½ bowl khichdi (dal-rice)***

1 small dal parantha with 1\2 bowl curd***

  •   WHO recommends breastfeeding baby up to 2 years. Milk can be adjusted accordingly
