MID-MORNING1 bowl mix fruit custard***1 small besan suji cheela***4-5 thin slices of fruits (banana\apple\papaya)*1 small besan suji cheela***4-5 thin slices of fruits (banana\apple\papaya)*Half soft boiled egg\2-3 pieces of paneer*4-5 thin slices of fruits (banana\apple\papaya)*
LUNCH1 small thin chapati   with 1\2 bowl vegetable
e.g. (ghiya)***
1 small Soft Spinach parantha with 1\2 bowl  curd ***1½bowl vegetable namkeen daliya(dal-broken wheat, vegetable like carrot, peas) with 1\2 bowl curd***1 small and thin chapati  with  1\2 bowl palak paneer***1½ bowl vegetable khichdi (e.g. Dal-rice -carrot , peas, onion) with 1\2 bowl curd***1 small thin chapati  with  1\2 bowl vegetable
