Stay away from cat faeces, as they might cause an infection called toxoplasmosis, which can cause birth defects.
Limit your caffeine intake. Having more than 2 cups of coffee or 5 cans of carbonated drinks in a day might reduce your chances of getting pregnant and
increases chance of miscarriage.
Make sure to reduce stress in your life, as stress can cause problems in your pregnancy.
