Check the area where your baby is moving for any sharp objects that may hurt him or her. The furniture in the house should be steady and not move, while your baby is holding it to stand.

  • Your baby can go to the sitting position without support, but might need a little help.
  • He or she can sit without support.
  • Your baby will start crawling by now.
  • If any support is there nearby, your
baby can pull himself or herself to stand
    with the support.
  • Your baby can stand holding on to something.
  • Your baby may also begin taking a few steps while holding on.
  • Once your baby is able to stand with the support of a furniture, he or she may want to stand whenever he or she finds something to

Provide lots of space for your baby to move around and explore. Your constant encouragement and active participation will help your baby achieve the milestones with ease.
