Motherhood is without a doubt tiring and it’s normal that days may feel like they blend into one. Some Mum’s find it easier to use a chart to help them remember when their last feed was; which side they last breastfed from; and how many feeds their baby has had today. This is just one way to free up that brain of yours so you can remember other important things like when your baby first smiles or goos and gahs.
Your community nurse or doctor may want to know when your baby is feeding and how many wet and solid nappy changes they have a day so take this chart with you to their check-ups.
The following chart may be of use to record those activities.
